At the floors, sure. But that doesn't mean you couldn't sell it higher than that, which many people who were on early did. You weren't locked into a 25:1 ratio if you're selling above the floor. Wild idea.

It's for people to think they have a leg up on EA. He wrote "suspected ratio 25 : 1". Either you get the info from code or somewhere or you don't. How do you suspect a ratio? He just phrased it that way to not get blamed afterwards. But he shall not worry. People will always blame EA (most of the time rightfully so) even if he messed up.
You assume that they must not being doing anything. The reality is that we don't know, do we? Perhaps EA likes the leaks? Perhaps they are trying to shut it down? Perhaps they don't want to wind up on the 6:00 news for suing someone, like most big corporations manage their brand. But I can assure you, it's not EA doing it.

I never once said they should be sued so calm your self over there; but again math is math bud and you lock a card at a sell value that was equal to 25-1. So yes in a way Ea 100% did a bait and switch and to defend them is a joke. Cards couldn’t sell because to many of them so alot of people quick sold and they then lowered the conversion rate. Same as LTDs you can’t list for under 350k correct and thats what it quick sells for so why would it not be the same for this at its lowest listing

The OP mentioned suing. And I'm not defending them. But you clearly don't understand the definition of bait and switch. People are absolutely allowed to not like what happened. But EA never promised anything, and never switched anything. For those that were online when eggs first opened, there were some items that were sold above the floors. There were people buying the 99s that reverted back to the 92s at a premium too (who I feel bad for). And we go through this every year at Christmas and Easter. This is nothing new. Everything that is in eggs or presents in mass sells at the floors. If you're not on very early, it's a longer term hold. It's been this way for years. My sole point is that you can't claim EA bait and switched you. People assumed (or listened to MUTLeaks) that it was going to be 25:1. And now they're made that it wasn't. But EA never once said it was going to be, and then switched it. The only "authority" that did was MUTLeaks.

Again when you price lock something at a minimum rate it is heavily implied that would be the conversion rate. I'm done screaming into the wind with this, as apparently common sense is in short supply here.

You are correct. I wish more people in this mut community were as reasonable as you. There was never a 25 coin conversion. It was all speculation and overall it was pretty hard to not make a bunch of coins from Easter eggs this year unless you didn’t participate.

This has a nothing at all to do with Mutleaks it has everything to do with MATH and MATH doesn’t lie. You keep going back to this mutleaks as your argument. But EA put a floor price on all the sugar rush cards at a rate of 25-1. You could not list it any lower than that. Same as if you tried to list an LTD right now it would not be able to be listed any lower than’ 350k because that is what it quick sells at. So EA did put out a 25-1 in there game by doing this and they then switched it at the time it converted this is 100% a bait and switch is it not. If EA never set the floor at the 25-1 I would 100% agree with you and everyone would of then been going off of what was leaked by a 3rd party.
But this isn’t the case EA themselves had it set up that way in the game and then decided to switch it. That has nothing to do with assumptions or going off anyone else that is doing the math as to what it could be listed for price wise compared to karrots you would get for quick selling. You can’t defend that,

But if you can do some basic arithmetic on the price floors EA locked into their own cards, it's very easy to see why the 25:1 conversion would be assumed correct. We have historical evidence of this conversion rate from earlier this season, but you're just going to ignore that?

Did you read my posts? I'm not defending EA. I'm saying that it wasn't a bait and switch. And I have said that people are entitled to their opinions. Please don't change what I wrote to fit your narrative, and actually read what I wrote. What's interesting to me is that anyone could have made coins on this promo. But people are upset because they chose not to participate and wanted to convert to karrots and got trimmed by 20% from what they assumed it was going to be. That's not a bait and switch. People speculated. They got it wrong. It happens. But blaming EA, for this one, is just silly.
