I got banned from the whole game in m23. I couldn't even login to mut. They said I was buying from a third party but really I was working the AH night and day and made 50 mil in a few days on golden tickets towards the end. It's weird they don't look at the person's transaction history before just banning ppl left and right. I wasn't the only person either. Several ppl were pissed. It took over a month to get the ban overturned and by that time m24 was out and I boycotted it.

no way. This one is way better.

that one is linked in the message i believe, but pin it all. This is something that has the potential to effect any player wrongfully. It can feel completely overwhelming to have a large company not give two shits and players need to be able to fight back.

A couple days ago I put danniele hunter and a ben Coates up for like 400k and someone actually bought them cause there was no other offers. Got the ban, tried to appeal it but they said no. First AH ban, how long do these usually last?
I for ban to for no reason they couldn’t give me one. I followed the rules and they still ban people. It’s a way for ea to make more money. It tends to happen more when buying LTD cards. As for how long I don’t think it comes off

maybe that's what happened I guess, I bought a josh sweat for 698 k and posted him and he sold right after I got banned for 950k. Guess snipes aren't allowed anymore

The only way this stops is by players standing up

Appreciate that, honestly I kinda gave up and moved on with life, but if this is the way I might give it another go

Bans are basically permanent, for the remainder of the game year / cycle. Don't waste your time chasing EA no-Help, they're worse than worthless and will never find that EA has done anything wrong. Need to print that letter and mail it off to EA Legal, via USPS Certified Mail (or private courier). I had created my own template somewhere and was sharing it around for anyone to fill in their own personal details and make some special modifications themselves... no clue if it ever worked for anyone else, it's how i got my account unbanned (once, only to get banned again) last year, during M24 cycle.
Can anyone confirm if iJoeBruin actually got banned, or if he was just assuming he got banned? Not sure why it matters for that kid, he doesn't even play the damn game, he's almost exclusively playing MUT menus. Takes a special person to suffer through this bad game when they're not even into simulation fatball, heh. But he's got direct line to people (with resources at EA) who can help, most of us do not.
Please be advised that i am definitely not an attorney and am in no way qualified to provide any type of legal advice, but here is how i approached my own account ban, through this: EA Binding Arbitration letter - TEMPLATE
If you just tell them that you're poor and they have to pay for the Binding Arbitration, they'll almost certainly grant you a ONE-TIME "exception" and reverse your ban, assuming you didn't actually buy or sell coins on secondary markets. Even then, EA isn't going to be guilty of doing actual wr0k.

I appreciate your insight, honestly with how poor this game is run I've gone to barely any lengths to try and fix it because if they 'looked" into it and deemed they made the right call on a random ban for no actual reason(I got no emails for why I was banned, and no email for how long) I'm not gonna waste my time or money on this poorly operated game. It sucks as I had a solid team and 3 mil coins (good for me) but can't use the AH. Probably with the next promo I'll just buy all the packs and hopefully get some new guys to try. At this point I'll count it a blessing and spend time on more productive things

If you click the template document I linked above, there's resources to point you directly to EA's website where you can look at your full account history, including any warnings or bans.
I played for 6+ months last year without AH, it was VERY expensive. Coin packs are horrible. Moving on with your life to more productive things would be a huge win, best case scenario to get off this hampster wheel. We all deserve so much better for the hundreds if not thousands of dollars were spending.
I already have a backup account prepared for an inevitable bot ban, things are ridiculous. Sorry you're having to deal with this. As I see it, here are your options:
- Quit, never look back.
- Start a new account
- Send the letter to EA Legal
Good luck, dude.
