Secure Pro helps but it doesn’t shutdown all d-line abilities for an entire game. It actually doesn’t even do as much as everyone thinks.
I currently have 4 DT’s on my o-line and the only one with an o-line ability is Kenny Clark with All Day. They haven’t played that different than the ROH players I was using before. Actually the biggest difference is I’ve been getting wider running lanes up the middle and these guys get up field faster on pull blocks.

3-3-5 or nickel over against most smaller offensive formations.
3-4 odd against most heavy formations.
Dime against empty formations.
I got Larry, Buckner, 2 Tall all with colossus and still get 0 pressure unless I blitz so don’t feel bad
