I got 98 ovr BND RG Larry Allen if I buy the 95 dt version can I add my 98 BND to the 95 and make him the 98 ovr DT?

yep and still use him at lg but he drops to a 95 for some reason

OR you can put his DT at RT as a Gold 99, granted with no abilities.  I have him there and haven't seen any issues so far with a couple dozen games played so far.
