I've noticed a lot of people running Poe at QB. They will lineup in I-Form or Singleback and as soon as they snap the ball they will take off to the sideline. And they'll either run for yards no matter if i have a contain or not or they will sling the ball to the other side of the field with perfect accuracy? How? I play a decent amount but dont understand how.

Just play a different game; EA might get the hint if everyone bails on their non-sim BS.

I doubt it, I've learned if it's not one thing then it's another. There will always be exploits, and there will always be people who use the exploits.

I wish, unfortunately you can’t convince everyone to bail. There will still be the YouTubers, who spend thousands of dollars on Madden for content, and the cheesers, who spend thousands of dollars on the best team and run one play on offense and defense that can be easily stopped. I really hope the NFL takes the hint about how horrible these “simulation football” games are, and remove the exclusive license so that we can get another NFL2K. Maybe then EA will be forced to make an actually good football game.

Generally, Poe stretch spammers will scramble right. One tactic I use pre-play is to put my left end on flat zone, and drop my user into coverage behind him. Eventually they'll force a cross-body pass into the arms of your secondary, or being risk-averse, switch back to another form of cheese. Or maybe they'll quit out.
Contain doesn't work like it should. Nor do a lot of appropriate defensive responses that would do very well in the NFL.
