Got you bro- so the welcome pack contains your choice of either MLB Pat or the regular punter version. It also come with a “upgrade token” the tokens are used to upgrade the player of your choice. But, there is a set you can turn in 10 of the tokens in to get a 98 Overall Champion of your choice. The other tokens are unlocked in the Challenges and the All Star Athlete Field Pass. Pretty much like a battle pass you just do objectives to level up. If you have questions id go watch Swift on YouTube he does breakdowns on every content drop.

BNDs can never be put into sets, but ASA BNDs can be used to upgrade their 95 OVR OOP counterparts. For example, a BND 98 OVR Ed Too Tall can be used as the upgrade to the 95 OVR OOP WR Ed Too Tall.
