Currently running a Broncos/Lions theme, I am at 50 Broncos and 43 Lions, I have all the dual theme combine guys, x3 Super Bowl guys, and Julius Pepper x3 (you can have 2 at a time with his new MLB card)

50/50 isn't worth it imo. You're better off running 40 20 20 with motivators

Possible? Yes. But you'd have guys with OVR's in the low 90's without discounted abilities or key attributes on the field. You don't want to do this.
I'm actually reviewing my Cowboys/Eagles 2x40 team right now. With the release of All-Star Athletes, I have five new Cowboys in Lefty Deion and both versions of Ed Too Tall Jones and Larry Allen. The only Eagles that see the field on even rare occasion are LOLB TOTY Zach Baun and DT3 Ring of Honor Haloti Ngata. 40 Eagles chems for two players. That will not continue.
I'm leaning towards replacing the Eagles with 20x of any one of the Colts, Packers, or Saints. That would allow me to maximize SPD on DeForest Bucker and Ted Hendricks; Jimmy Graham, Ted Hendricks, and Julius Peppers; or Jimmy Graham and Taysom Hill, respectively.
I'll probably make this move gradually, but for now I'm going to move my Cowboys up to 50x (and the Eagles to 30x).
I think just running a regular 50 is just fine. it's the boost for the other cards that are just better.
