I bought John Ross and saw that I needed a token to upgrade him, but I can't figure out how to get it. Is it only possible to get it from the last tier on the field pass, because I don't feel like grinding the pass?

Yes, you used to be able to get from the store, but EA messed something up about limiting them, so they just took it out of the store all together. I would recommend RAC X-factor on him. It's what i run and if you know how to use it, its goated.
