This is the original (now outdated0 AKA program. These cards max out at 92 OVR, they're no longer relevant.
These are the more current AKA Icons, but EA is lazy, so they're constantly reusing content and pretending it's "vintage" or from the vault or whatever low effort excuse they can slap on top to constantly recycle content from Madden 2023, so they don't have to hire people to do actual work.
You can earn the AKA Icons tokens from doing the Solo Seasons (five per week that the promo has been running) to receive a 95-98 BND AKA Icons card of your choice (no LTDs, regular set cards only). Hope that helps. What a mess, EA does a piss poor job communicating even the basics. We're required to do our own homework to understand what goes on in the damn game.

This is true. I usually have to get the info from random YouTubers on how the new promos even work
