Best Fake Punt Play??

Anyone have any fake punt pass plays they know work most of the time? I play pretty conservative but now that I have Pat I want to be able to catch an opponent off-guard.

Yea I would agree. Every time I put ppl are in normal formation. So sometimes I'll backspin it inside the 10 or a nice out of bounds kick deep in their territory

yes 

unless it is almost the end of the 2nd or 4th and I'm up but its a 4th and 25
