Is pocket Deadeye just a better version of fearless?

Pocket deadeye doesn't have built in fearless, although I've heard it's three abilities in one: Gift Wrapped+Pocket Deadeye+Sideline Deadeye.

Completely correct although fearless i believe is immune to any pressure being close to the qb for instance before a sack animation if you have fearless equipped and let’s say PLE +GS that ball is ZOOMIN
