I bought the Sean T for 1m and he's already dropped a ton but with the AP increase on the ROH players and the AP decrease on both offense and defence how much is he gonna drop/what price?

Where is everyone getting this info that the AP decrease is looming on both offense and defense, has this been confirmed anywhere? Regular set cards NEVER hold value, especially not these that are only above average for just seven days. We have to assume most of these cards will turn into a pumpkin come March 27th.
