How are the 91+ BND ROH packs?

I did 5 and got Peyton Manning and Joe Thomas 99 OVR, Johnathan Ogden 95 OVR and 2 Peyton Hillis 91 OVR.  I didn't see any of the posts about this method until I had already turned in the 14 tokens and took Haloti Ngata for the Eagles chems from that pack.
