Always on x Factors
Basically Omaha with 2 vanguards
Then Mindreader on defense
.
Plus the scoring doenst make sense. I score 2 TDs...up 12-0, then my opponent wipes out all my points with a few first downs?

Yeah this one makes me miss last week. Interceptions and fumbles don't count for me. Then a guy picks me off in the endzone on a 2 point conversion and gets 6 points plus I lose some? It's not worth it to me. I had the token to get my free ROH 98 anyway. I'm sitting this one out. Games are wayyyyy too long and basically come down to who gets the ball last.
It's trash, but still pretty easy to win nine games and no other mode is worth grinding right now, so House Rules it is I guess.
I have found that not many people actually run Omaha and Mindreader and the ones who do are terrible at the game.
There's more of a problem if you're losing to mind reader and omaha
Came here looking for answers, so this mode is in fact glitches? I got a pick 6 then another pick and td to go up 12-0.. a few first down later it's 0-0.. gets a rushing td i lose

The scoring in those mode is beyond stupid
Plus all in mindreader on defense on Omaha on offense makes it the sweatiest mode in history
Basically sweaty players will try to run out the clock, allow you to score, just to ensure they have the ball last, as they can wipe away all your points with a few first downs
The non sweaty players are super easy...but the odds of you running into 9 non sweaty players in a row is almost 0
Basically you;ll get 3-4 easy wins, then you run into the sweats

So, EA didn't explain the scoring properly. It's actually minus 6 for picks/fumbles, not plus 6. They seem to always have this issue.
Anyone knows if momentum shift stops the mindreaders/omahas in this mode?

I agree they play way over confident. I would swap from man to zone fast to try to counter react. But then I realized most the time they pass over the middle easy to lurk

100% agree. It’s mind boggling and idiotic to the nth degree. It’s like a bunch of EA producers were sitting in a bar, desperate for a new idea.
And one guy - let’s call him Frank - says, “I know! i have an idea for the most freakin awful game play ever. We’ll confuse people with the scoring system. We’ll enable sweaty cheesy players to get even worse at the game and anger our core players - the ones we really should care about. And we’ll render 95% of the gameplay useless by allowing players to take points off the board with first downs.”
And everyone else said “Brilliant, Frank!” then finished their beers.
Frank got promoted, btw
