Uhhhh, i can only think of +3 SPD on fEagles theme team, two from 40/50 team cheams, then +1 from Jaylen Hurts. Too bad he's not an actual HB, otherwise you could boost him with Doug Martin, but i believe that only works for pure halfbacks, not fullbacks. Sorry i am unable to help more, but 99 SPD may not be attainable. Hopefully community can clue you in, that's an elite running back, he's so brutal to bring down. Bigger backs play quite well this year, despite the overall difficulty with run game in M25.

Yea as Peatrick said plus 3 on eagles tt. Just logged into my app real quick. Kids are hogging the Xbox lol. On my tt he is indeed 98 and he got me is a beast in the red zone or any down and 1 . Heck I have fb dived before on 4th and one and he got a 20 yard run

Like the others have said, 98 speed is the highest you can boost him. I sold him today and think I might buy him back cheaper. His acc is only 90 though, wish they released a higher ovr.

I hope an eagles fan makes it a golden ticket lol. Like I said I have gone fb dive on 4th and one and had him rip off 20 yards
