I found it helpful if you don’t get the ball first to play prevent defense and allow your opponent to score fast but let them get to the red zone and make a short touch down from there so they only score 5-7 points then you get the ball back to grab a couple first downs and run the clock to score and win
All i run into is double passes and unblockable blitz

Regarding the Double Pass, make sure you play Man Coverage against this, any type of Zone will get cooked.
For trying to block the various blitzes (especially when X-factors are always active) you will basically need Pass Protector + All Day on your entire O-line to stand a chance. Even then, you can expect fairly quick sheds. The Pass Pro (or Secure Protector) will help to counter the superwins / insta-sheds right after the snap, then All Day will ensure your line continues blocking the repeated shed attempts.
However, Colossus and Unstoppable Force are end-game pass rush abilities for a reason. Very difficult to play against. Ball needs to come out quickly!

As always when I post I hope you respond. That info actually helped me win in ranked h2h I couldn't move the ball on this guy but my defense won. He kept running the same motion so once I manually covered him I picked him off like 4 times he finally rage quit. So in any mode are abilities worth in on receives or at this point do me need to load up on the line . And when they are running over load blitz. I can't run on them and it's really hard to actually get a pass complete. Also are you apart of the mutt gg team because if not many you do a lot for this community. I greatly appreciate all your expertise
Came for the tip, took the whole thing, thanks!

Negative, no affiliation with this great MUTgg team, just a regular enthusiastic community member, similar to yourself. TONS of people invested their time answering my n00b questions when i rejoined Madden after an extended break from console gaming, so now i'm on a quest to help pay it forward and share what little i've picked up in my 1000+ hours of Ultimate Team in recent years (initially came back during M22, but didn't find my way to MUT until midway through M23 cycle; Blitz/Harvest promo period).
YES, it's difficult to get the ball out quickly, make sure you understand your read progressions. Even if you don't get to number 3 or 4, having a specific order is extremely helpful. If you are holding the ball for more than 2-3 seconds, there may be a problem. Maybe quickly peak a pull route (often some type of Streak/Fade), but typically i'm looking to the Flats first, then another short/intermediate route, followed by a Drag, before getting through my progressions to a Corner or deeper breaking route. Newer (and longtime) players alike are constantly trying to hit those deep balls, which means we often give up on, or never even look at the initial reads. Force your opponent to play Hard Flats on every single down.
Let's use this Motion Y Post play, for an easy (and popular) example. First read is probably the Cheat Motion, if he gets beyond his defender, you can pass lead it up and out for a big gain, otherwise you'd want to hit the RB in the Flat, followed by the TE Post or Return (reverse Zig?) route... maybe early on in the play you'd sneak a quick look in the direction of your Deep Fade (WR1, left of screen in the example below), with sufficient experience you'll learn to recognize the "winning" animations and be able to throw a deep Lob or pass lead up/out, assuming they win any Man Press attempts and have a step on the DB, that's all it takes.

I have a pretty solid conceptual understanding of how the game plays, but i'm still wildly inconsistent (i.e. terrible), otherwise i wouldn't have to spend so much time learning and continually improving (or trying, often failing). Here's some general tips on offense that will help improve dramatically: https://youtu.be/L3m_YuKXnVI
