Why do opponent move their Sub Nickle LB to the other side in dollar?

Is this needed for the loop blitz thing

I played someone in house rules and basically every defensive play presnap, he moved him right sub nickle LB to the same spot where teh left sub nickle LB was

Then usered the sub nickle LB

I always block loop blitzers with my RB
