Gotta go through their help site but before you do (because they will take a long time and likely be unhelpful), try checking for the items in the mobile companion app first.
That has worked for me in past but YMMV.

When you submit a ticket you will get a boiler plate email and they will close it. You need to reopen the ticket and then you will get an option to go to a chat.

Attempting to chase EA no-Help for almost literally anything shy of having your life and well-being physically threatened is going to be an exercise in futility. As Legend stated below, "good luck" heh. He truly means that, may the gods smile upon you, because nothing shy of a Christmas miracle is going to get you any damn makerights from going through the EA no-Help channels.
The majority of the time you'll say "football" to the support people and they'll assume you mean soccer. They don't even know (or care) what game you are playing, let alone have any ability to apply corrective actions to your account. MAYBE they'll offer to "investigate" but they'll simply tell you, "soon" (or that your rewards are coming) without knowing or having done any actual investigation.
EA is never at fault, the problems will be fixed, blah blah blah. Seriously, good luck -- but i wouldn't even waste your time, save the frustration, it's not worth it. Pissing into the wind would be more productive, IMO.

I just spoke to someone on chat for a few minutes they said they would file it and have someone look at it 🤷🏻♂️ prolly bs lol

Do you mind if i inquire what type of makeright(s) you are expecting? As long as you know what you are getting into, temper those expectations -- i'd be curious to hear what type of response you get, if any, from EA no-Help. I had to draft a letter and mail it to EA Legal in prior years, because the support folks were beyond worthless. Hopefully you have a better experience than any of my dozens of attempts trying to contact them. EA simply does not have any fucks to give over user-problems. Unless you discover an issue that will impact their bottom line, doubtful that they lift a finger.
Last time I contacted ea help I was told to fuck off by the first representative after confirming my issue on his end. Second guy had no idea what was even going on. third guy told me I was banned from EA.
sooo good luck it’s straight worthless to even have outsourced “help”. might as well save as much money as possible and just make it an ai that tells you no instead.
