Auction House not displaying latest players?

I'm trying to snipe combine players and have been using every tactic I know to display the latest auctions (multiple filters, quickly refreshing). I see cards posted on this site with 59 mins... 58 mins... 57 mins remaining, but they never pop up in the auction house. I'm sitting there refreshing for 5 minutes to see someone else bought the card a minute ago. How are people seeing these snipes so early?

You have to filter it down a lot. The more filtered, the newer the players will be.

They snipe on the app. Console is delayed 3-5 minutes 95%.

this ^ it’s pretty random because sometimes you will see 59 mins, but i think there’s a price point or something where it starts delaying them…

I've used the app before and still get similar results. Also, not sure if its a bug but I can't filter by combine promo on the app but I can on console...
