usually promo strategy items such as Zero chill, Super bowl, combine etc. Or special teams strat items like +4 KPW or KAC
Then there’s another strategy slot which allows any uncommon (grey) stratergy item, best one to use here is probably the grey +1 ZCV to all CB’s
Most the promo ones have +1 speed until a certain date, but the rest of the attributes still work like +1 PRC etc on those promo cards
