This item has Motivator Chems that boost the following:
- Power Drill (Boosts only this item): +1 POW
- Power Drill 2 (Unlocks with the Combine Upgrade Token and boosts all MLBs): +1 TAK, +1 ZCV, +1 POW

I have the power token in place. Is there something else for power drill 2 or is that it?

Is there another power token or only the strength one?

This. You probably just missed the second (beyond Team Chemistry bucket, but in that general area) boost. I often forget to apply these. Enjoy, Urlacher is an absolute demon out there. Bonus points for running Avalanche + Enforcer Supreme, which will even counter all the ball carriers with Tank and give you a high probability of successfully forcing a fumble.
