I have trouble getting user lurks and I get lurked at least once a game. Can I get some tips on how to get more user lurks and get lurked less often? Thanks!

U need pick or lurk artist or lurker on your guy and you could throw high passes to stop that but it would be harder to catch the ball as a wr

Thank you, I will try the high pass mechanic. How do you the high pass, which buttons?

L1 or LB and they guys button you want to throw to or you could freeform pass with LT or L2

The ability is an absolute must. Make sure you use LT to square up to the ball.

If you're usering a DB you dont NEED an ability but it will help, with a linebacker you absolutely need it

It's not you, well, at least not 100% -- the USERing in this game of M25 is absolutely atrocious. There are numerous times where I'll be directly in the path of the ball, but my defender will just stand there and refuse to put his little T-Rex arms up into the air, won't even attempt to make a play on the ball. It's extremely frustrating, but we're going backwards, the game is regressing and somehow getting worse over time.
Some is timing, some is lag, some is terrible spaghetti code base that no one truly understands. Having Mid Zone KO on your SUBLBs will improve their reaction time, essentially giving them eyes in the back of their helmet. It's one of THE most impactful abilities in the entire game, the ultimate goal is to have MZKO on essentially all of your defenders who play pass covers; corners, safeties, linebackers, etc.
Learning to protect the ball and eliminate turnovers is something i still struggle with to this very day.
EDIT: and for dude above who suggests that we need PA (or LurkArtist) on linebackers to enable them to animate isn't technically true any longer, linebackers can finally play pass coverage without having any specific ability -- what he's suggesting WAS true in the past, but EA has since patched it.
