Is it a combination of any specific abilities?

and I’m wondering if it’s worth it unstoppable on Combine Ramsey with the 3AP great stack he already gets.

Shutdown= One Step Ahead + Pick Artist.

It’s not worth it on Ramsey. For 3AP he gets Universal Coverage + PA + other stuff. Universal Coverage includes all ko’s, zone reactions + One Step Ahead.
