Xavier Watts, Oren Burks, Jalen Walker, Bobby Wagner, Pat Tillman, and Devin White (with TT) are good

It’s meta defense but 90% run it wrong because they can’t switch stick properly. It’s easily attackable.

but to answer the questions… DB because they don’t have pass rush traits that trigger when blitzing, also higher agilit/cod/acc, smaller player model.

No… I don’t run it. I run IC3 out of 335 normal

lol yeah all you have to do is call only pa plays and do 12 mins of adjustments to stop your lineman from glitching out. Btw does it really matter who you use to come in completely untouched? The most God awful annoying brain dead defense in the history of madden

i would say to switch to dime 1-4, it’s better for run defense. I got nothing for the loop tho

You must have not been playing Madden long if you think this is the worst defense ever

Speaking of MS3, it makes me wonder how the game would play now if Rex Dixon was still in charge. I know a lot didn’t like him, but he saw a lot of these competitive imbalances and at least attempted to fix them. Nano detection, slide protections, ID the mike.

I’d like to think the game would be in a better spot.

You need guys with smaller body frames so it’s harder for them to engage or get picked up by someone blocking. I used Pat tillman for most of the year. Now I’m using Xavier watts and they are both amazing as a looper.

The fact it takes 6 to block 4 is my biggest issue with the loop, not the adjustments themselves.

yall just know everything I guess. I’ve had this account for years but play on ps now and haven’t linked new account. i Know how many presses it takes to block but I have way more fun no huddle spamming the same rpo over and over that 99% of you cheesers don’t know how to stop. I love watching you hurry to set up your loop bc that’s all you can do. If you spam the loop I will play that game. Also when the loop comes out so do the same plays on offense so you’re easy to stop too. I’d rather just play real football but it’s your choice

I actually did play during ms3. That was a terrible time also. But at least with ms3 it was the same every time. ppl who are good with this meta know how to mix it up. it turns into a guessing game of how ppl will come thru untouched. ive been having fun lately with Vicks brick wall ability. if they do get thru its been turning sacks into a 5-10 yard gain bc running lanes are open at that point. Weird times we live in lol

I came across a few blitzers yesterday in the showdown challenge. Didn’t know about max protect at the time so it was a pretty helpless feeling, my 99 OVR line full of abilities was doing nothing. Funny thing is I beat each of them because each threw a pick six and couldn’t score even a point on offense.

Always have felt I was in the 1% on this: I don't mess with Head-to-Head with the exception of House Rules, and I'm pretty much out of this second round of House Rules with how toxic it got. No Ranked, and only Champs or Seasons when I feel like trying something out. 49ers playbook, none of the motion plays, not a single play I run reliably gives me an open player. I have to read the defense like an actual quarterback would. And after all that, what kills me most on offense is user-controlled defenders that move like inertia doesn't exist. They're going north, no, now they're going south, and they're already at top speed as soon as I was writing "no". On defense, my switch stick seldom saves me, because there are screw-ups everywhere.
