Which wins... RAC 'em up or Universal Coverage

If I had a receiver one on one with a corner, the receiver has RAC 'em up and the corner has Universal Coverage... would RAC 'em up secure the catch fot the receiver or would universal coverage knockout the ball despite RAC 'em up being activated?
