is it worth the risk to sell my team now?

With TOTY part 2 coming out next Thursday, I was thinking of selling my team and buy the all the defensive TOTY players, including getting enough set pieces, for the collection. Is it worth the risk to do it? cause I could lose coins due to the tax and TOTY price potentially drop more.

Also the only reason I'll be targeting defense first is simple, that collection have the most players and I can sell them once I complete the collections.

My plan to avoid tax is do defense first, honorable mentions second as I might have to build some TOTY players, then offense third, and specialist last
