Packs not rewarding

I was buying the new 9k mystery packs last night, after a few I got one that went straight to a 97OVR TOTY Justin Jefferson. (no 70+, UT LEGENDS, rushing, etc first. Went straight to the 97 JJ)  I backed out of the card/pack and went to my items and he wasn’t there, my packs also show 3 unopened from the main screen but I only have 2 unopened when I go in on it.

has anyone experienced this glitch or have any suggestions on what to do? it sucks cause it was a great pull and now mut took my 9k training.

i have tried to reset, play a game, buy another pack. Nothing is working

If you’re able, go to your companion app and open up the pack from there. Hope that helps

Turned into a UT LEGENDS PACK on companion for 2 89s… there goes the 97. 🫥
