lamar has his but ik all toty cards get 2 tier 2 buckets at -2 ap, a tier 3 at -2 or 3 ap, and a tier 4 discounted as well plus thier custom bucket. lamar has his on here now

according to TJ the tier 1 buckets got repaced with another tier 2, so no gw but should get PLE discounted. we alreayd know he can get gs and mt for 3 in his custom buckets
