Honestly, I would stay away from the EA forums as well as Reddit.  They are very against freedom of speech and will delete anything EA doesn't want posted.  

I was banned on the MUT subreddit for asking about clarification on why I didn't receive the top 100 rewards even though I was in the top 100.  Straight up banned.  That tells me they don't want people talking about their problems on their forums.  MUT.GG is substantially better in that regard.

They dont even process missing item tickets. 
I opened two of them. One immediately said "waiting for player" as if there's something I have to do before they can continue and asked me to "resume case" the second I opened it and the other one I opened just says "new" and also has the "in order to resume this case" info above. Dont have a confirmation email for any of them. 

I think its time to come to terms with the fact that the rewards are gone and we got shafted once again.

I’m sorry but that is trash why the fuck do we have to continue to wait for a card we earned because dumb asses don’t know how to properly program a game that they don’t even program same shit year after year rinse and repeat but on god let a glitch be In the game and everyone is eating off of it and in less than a couple of minutes they instantly fix it to favor themselves what a shit show of a company in 2025.

If that's the case, i'll never play Ranked again and a lot of other people shouldn't either. It's fucking ridiculous that we spent time to play this piece of shit game and we can't even get the rewards we played for.

They just don’t care …. I reported the problem and they said they are aware but still no reward. 

They only fix something if it’s not to EA’s advantage.

They have a monopoly for the NFL video game, maybe the NFL should give the license to someone else.

We should not have to put up with their poor quality product, we paid for something and are getting a substandard game.
