TOTY gotta be 97 OVR champs and 98 OVR LTDs. I feel like they would have dropped combine Thursday and TOTY Thursday, Friday, or Saturday if OVRs stayed at 96. Plus we just did 2 full promos at 96 OVR for the passed 4 weeks.

You are right. 95% chance ovr bump. Usually we start 98/99 at easter promo.

I was just on there and I only saw UL as 97s
