The drop on twitch said "95+" but the actual pack in-game only said "95", not "95+". However, at some point today they changed it and now in-game the pack does say "95+" but I don't know if the odds of actually pulling a 96 or higher have changed. I'm gonna just hold onto the pack for awhile and maybe open it when the next ovr increase happens.
