I mean, they're essentially the same ability, however Colossus works even against Double Teams, while Unstoppable Force will dominate one on one blocking scenarios. Use whichever is less AP, in my opinion -- for example, I have 0AP UF on Danielle Hunter (LE), although it takes 9 plays to charge up... once active, it never goes away. I have 2AP Colossus on Poe (at DT), although this cycles all game.
Both are amazing abilities, you can't really go wrong choosing either.

who is better for you - Poe or Hunter?

they're filling very different roles (interior versus edge rusher). Poe is what, liek 3x the price of Hunter... which is also a factor, IMO. Hunter is a weird card, his abilities just seem strange to me, i had a difficult time trying to figure out what to run on him and i'm usually quite comfortable making those decisions, i know what abilities i want where on the field.
2AP Colossus on Poe is nasty, although it deactivates... while he's lit up, he's an absolute monster. Still VERY good otherwise, but obviously these abilities run the entire game. Same for Hunter, he takes a bit to get going (9 plays to charge up his 0AP UF), but once that's lit up, it never goes away and he's dominant in both run and pass game. And he's blazing fast off the edge. Currently i'm running just the 0AP stack on Hunter, but spending points on Poe. Sorry i'm not able to give you a clear answer. I did consider (briefly) running Hunter at DT, however i eventually splurged on Poe. No regrets.

Here's my roster, just in case you want to take some inspiration, or see how i'm approaching the game -- should be mostly updated, but please lemme know any more questions, i'll do my best to assist. We finally have a chance on defense, been brutal out there all year.

Any reason not going for top end WRs?

You should be running Malcolm Jenkins at Sub LB
Jenkins biggest positive is reinfocement, which is great against the run even when CPU is using him.
He can also man up against RBs on wheel routes that
Then Deion at FS
Deion covers everything

Watson isnt worth the price
Even with Double Me, he will still get KOed
And its so easy to get combine WRs to 99 speed

I had Randy, sold him for Watson. I had Watson, sold him for Poe. Mostly because i'm defensive coordinator for our little Squads trio, so that is where the bulk of my focus and attention is invested. Broadly speaking, i'm not seeing a ton of value from the offensive side of the ball when it comes to abilities, although that may change as we see more and more Bottleneck / Man Press type meta creeping in.
Also, because i've been trying to not spend any more stupid money on this bad game... probably invested 10M+ coins into the squad over the weekend, spent half of Saturday mr0ning reworking the squad to get all these juiced up Combine players. All of my receivers and TE are 99 SPD, they get Short In Elite, which has been sufficient for my purposes. Although i keep choking and cannot seem to win 9 games in a row in the live event, but that's obviously not to do with my team. I'm just plain bad and typically lose after 5 or 6 wins in some choke-fest. Oof.
Great question.

Thanks for the pro-tips. Jenkins was a late addition, i'd been using Urlacher (with Reinforcement), although his cycles on/off throughout the game. I've since applied all three X-factors to the D-line, so I don't have to continually set up a disengage blitz, I can still send just three and hopefully/reliably get pressure. Genuinely appreciate the input, as both my Safety roles have been in a state of limbo... still waiting on that Brian Thomas Jr. card, but i fully expect he will play. Not sure i will have 3AP to deck him out with full ability stack, but we'll see.
6'0" even, on Jenkins, is decent, but i prefer to have a bit more height -- although Ulracher has been a little clunky moving around the field. Wish i could justify 20 Bears to boost him. I get sick of tinkering with in-game subs, needed the slots for team chems since i got rid of both of my x3 (Von Miller & Brady) Superbowl Mystery cards.

And thank you, basically answered the question before i even saw it. Almost exactly this^^ -- i've already got 99 SPD receivers (x3) and a 99 SPD TE, with abilities. Randy and Christian were both fantastic, don't get me wrong... but difficult to justify 3.5-5M+ receivers, they're simply not that impactful this year. None of the offensive abilities are THAT killer that i feel they're must-haves.
Then there's the Squads concerns, i'm defensive coordinator.

Jenkins gets reinforcement as an ability, not an X factor, so you can still have all 3 Xfactors on DLine
I picked up Jenkins once I found out theres unlimited tokens
I run - Flat Zone KO, Reinforcement, Secure Tackler, Pick Artist, Mid Zone, Out of my way - all for 1AP
Hes amazing at stopping angry runs/freight train and is a huge ugprade over Seau in defending RBs, as he has great man coverage
