No.

Its an old mut feature not even used anymore that decides it. Basically there is a hidden "power level" that is decided by players ovr/position/abilities attached and that is converted into a "total power point". The top 3 "power level" cards on your squad will display.

Its basically this old power number they used to use on the top left of this card. Its invisible now but still determines the top 3 with whoevers is highest.

Its based on the 3 highest "salary" players that have abilities...likely a QB or MLB

But now that EA has "hidden" players salaries, we dont know which players occur and why
