Hard to find concrete info but Shutdown should be a combination of all man abilities(short/mid/deep ko, osa, etc) and zonehawk is the same but all zone abilities. Universal coverage is pretty much the two combined.

One step ahead, inside, outside shade, in one xfactor. But no bottleneck, and no ball skill boosts. Reaction time boost in man coverage I say is accurate.
