How hard is it to get the showtime  rewards if you play online casually? I'm more a solo grinder but play online sometimes.

Understatement. Casuals do not win two-in-a-row unless they get seeded exclusively against casuals. Too many glitchers to even dream of stringing together nine wins unless you pay for players and scout the glitches. Period. End of story.
