So I need help if anyone is kind enough to assist me. I just bought the SB step offer #8 in the store (xbx) when I opened the packa there was no other step even though it clearly said step 8/11. Would people willing to take a screen shot of the store offers for me so I can prove to EA their shit is messed up and I wouldn't have bought the step offer if it would not let me actually complete all the steps.

It's none of my damn business, what or where you spend your money, but what the heck are we doing trying to drop $500 at this late stage in the game? Â If you need a card, grab it from the AH for significantly cheaper, even if it's 6M coins, that's liek ~$120 in USD value, maybe more / maybe less. Â I don't know the going rate, just using approximate values or my best guess. Â Just want to make sure you are getting value for your purchase.

My concern with the refund is they ban my account. I also don't have a picture of the offer because I bought it.

How is someone going to get to Step 8 (out of 11)? Â Which specific pack offer was this for? Â Does it even still exist?
When did you start (Step 1) of this purchase? Â I have a sneaking feeling things timed out, although i have no actual information to back that up with, merely a random guess, or speculation on my part.
Would suck to have yer account banned, however, if we're spending $500 on Step Up offers in basically ~March, we're cut from the same cloth, my brother... full blown MUT-addicts. Â I've been selling low OVR (mostly Gold, etc.) cards all year, waiting for EA to ban me from Auction House (yet again) so i have an excuse to finally throw in the towel and walk away from the madness. Â Been brutal with their price controls this year, the min/max price ranges are so tight it's often difficult to even sell cards, let alone at a steep markup.
Either way, refunding a single, broken purchase SHOULD merely remove those items from your account, not get you a full on ban. Â However, i would not trust much of anything i'm saying, as i do not actually know. Â Guess you could find out with a spare account, buy something, refund it... and wait.
Tell me EXACTLY which pack offer, when you first purchased it and i'll try to fire up my PS5 Pro and grab you an image quick.

Mine is stuck at step 4/12. And when I added points too buy it , it legit wonât let me purchase it. Says that ea is contacting servers and then kicks me out of ultimate team back too madden main menu.Â
like Mr Peatrick saaid , Iâm assuming it timed out and ea is too lazy/ mentally disabled too just remove the offer from the store.

Exactly, working as intended. Â Oof. Â So many of us are essentially powerless to turn this bad casino off. Â I hate how widely accepted sports betting has become. Â I do not believe that gambling should be illegal, but it also doesn't need to be widely accessible, 24/7/365 from our phones, and DEFINITELY has no place in a video game for literal children.
Casinos are highly regulated for a reason.

I feel you on the powerless to turn it off. Iâve been really struggling with wanting to play but I got a little longer on my little pony protest. I find myself often agreeing with your posts.
Every new market with lots of $$ explodes with exploitation until eventually legislation is made to reel it in. Either brought on by people with a cause or more often some horrible example of that exploitation becoming a rallying call. Ultimately it is often government bureaucrats making decisions on topics they nothing about or being heavily âinfluencedâ by lobbyists. At least with the trial by fire approach we can identify the real issues before making arbitrary rules and regulations. Letâs skip the political implications though. Just talking how it impacts this and in reality either party could grab and try to use it for their purposes. Maybe we should be writing our congressional representatives to revisit/amend the UIGEA and the Wire Act. Iâm not a lawyer but apparently several of you are. Maybe our state gaming commissions?

Another example is the now very lucrative NIL world of college and high school athletics. Smart kids will kid rich but some not so bright ones will be widely taken advantage. In my opinion itâs already there and with gambling in sports. Leagues and franchises move over the era of the individual brand is here.
There may even be some repercussions for the egregious offenders in both in game gambling and probably more likely NIL in what are now formerly amateur leagues but all in all it will pale in comparison to $$ they made.
edit:I should add some of those kids are not stupid just maybe naive or at least have not yet learned to have a healthy skepticism. Also addiction is obviously a factor with gambling. I didnât go into that.
