can u explain me in a easy way whats the difference between quarters and palms? And is the same out of every formations?
i ve read that palms is better agains trips formations. Trey bunch and others

Trips situations:

In Palms, the "quarter flat" defender (safety near the sideline) may not follow the inside receiver out to the flat as readily as in Quarters, allowing them to better react to deeper routes
