Theme Team Worth It?

Are theme teams worth using? I’ve been playing since madden 20 & I’ve never used a theme team before, i was thinking of doing a steelers theme team

If you play H2H the boosts can be helpful, otherwise I would just use the cards you like.

I don’t think so, it really limits who you can pick up, the speed is nice but not worth it

I have ran a 20/20/20 and a 40/20 this year, it really doesn't. a reason you do a theme team is to boost the best cards in the game to make them even better. also with my teams I have had plenty of players who don't get the chems play for me, you just need to build the lineup right

In a competitive sense no, i get my ass kicked more than every other game h2h it seems like. I have a steelers theme ovr 94. Over 50 chem, i think i have a few guys that are not steelers players but have steelers chem. Imo its worth it if you want the challenge and satisfaction of beating the people who just play to get the best nfl players out there. Go Steelers!

Also my losses are probably a skill issue ;)

absolutely. can be cheaper to a field a good team and also make some cards useful that normally would be. its pretty easy to fill in weak spots on theme teams too.
