Can anyone make sense of this?

I'm stuck on level 8 and never got rewards for level 9 or 10 despite being 10

The tracking on the progress bar is screwed up. My progress bar says I’m level 8 but the box at the top left Of the screen says 14. I’ve gotten then the rewards for each level along the way so I’m not too concerned. But there’s not enough XP currently available to finish off the field pass.

yeah but yours is opposite of mine. mine is not giving me the rewards bc it says im stuck on 8. your level is progressing in the place mine isn't

I have finished the field pass but didn’t get 150 power, the 93+bnd, or the elevation pass
