I have 17/25 tokens needed to get a free BND 94-96 champ so I guess not? everyone seems to think this program is over but there solo milestones are nowhere near done so I have no idea whats going on.

It's probably the equivalent of weekly wildcards for this year so probably not going away any time soon?
