Instead of redux Allen, I would try to get the LTD for around 360-370k because he will quick sell for 350k so when you upgrade you are only out about 10-15k

I agree with ravens but I would grab the ltd Allen instead of the redux, he is only 370k which is a little outside of your stated price, but he quick sells for 350k so his price won’t crash like the redux will. That way when you eventually upgrade you will only be paying about 20k for the rental
