93 ZC Jared Verse no need to run anything. HE lives in the back field. 

94 Madabeast run stuffer and interior threat for 4 AP+ under pressure X factor for 1 AP. All you need is 1 TFL. 

96 Charles Haley with edge threat for 1.

Reggie White (both with and without his 2AP Unstoppable, Unstoppable Force active) has been an absolute goon.  George K. coming off the opposite edge (initially with just Edge Threat + Double or Nothing combo, now after AP increase he's got 4AP Unstoppable Force) has also been fantastic.  In lieu of these, i'd also suggest that DeMarcus Ware (with 4AP Unstoppable Force, or the usual ET + DoN combo) would also be amazing.  I used him prior to committing to 20/40 hybrid Chiefs theme team, at which point i swapped in Furious George.

As far as DT, it remains one of the weaker position groups -- i find myself typing that out a couple/few times per week, if not significantly more.  I ended up moving my BND Julius Peppers over to DT and paid retail (2AP) for Inside Stuff and he's been an absolute demon, as well.  In lieu of big Peppers, i'm still just using the DeForrest Buckner Campus Heroes 2 card on boosted 40/40 49ers theme team.  He gets 1AP Double or Nothing.  I haven't used the ~5M Warren Sapp, nor Chris Jones, nor Mean Joe Green, who are potentially the top 3 DTs currently in-game... perhaps i'm missing others.

To be determined if the DeVondre Sweat AKA Icons is decent, or even elite -- they definitely gimped his stats, when compared with the Ghosts of MUT card.

Bosa 94 bnd and JPP 97 have been amazing duo so far

I run ware with unstoppable force and DON with Zadarious smith with whatever the ability is that gives pass rush points on 3rd and 4th down. My DT I run Carter at a 93 and am gonna grab Kenny Clark after having that quinen Williams field pass card be really mediocre. I get like 5 sacks a game so not bad without a cheese blitz

Pink Von, Karlaftis, and Ware as a three man rush feels like cheating.  With the AP update and so many 0 AP Mid Zones it feels completely worth it to run 12 AP on the defensive line.
