Theme Team 40/25 OR 20/20/20?

Do y’all recommend a 40/25 theme team or a 20/20/20?

 I currently have a 40/25 Ravens/Eagles Theme team, but am considering adding the Broncos, and making the other option above. What advice can you give me? TIA :)

I run a 25/25 Ravens and Eagles I think doing 20/20/20 is very beneficial cuz of how many cards it can boost.
