If I run Davante Adams on offense and defense, does his offensive abilities count against defensive AP?

saw a video earlier from chuflocka who said that u need an ability on Offense and Defense in order to be able to activate him and he costs on both sides

okay i just tried it out myself. Have Cam Jordan as a DT with Lurk Artist and Inside Stuff for 1. Put him in as a RG later and it does not count towards that side. I do not know about the fusion cards tho.

The fusion cards do need available ap on both sides of the ball if you are running the fusion card on both offense and D. Had to sell mine because of it.

Man bring me the Combine promo. This Genki Force promo is trash and they are just trying to dig back in your wallet one more time.  I'm rocking with SB cards until ULs and Combine promo.  The discounted abilities aren't even that good either for GF.
