EA really went the whole promo without giving us the upgrade tokens needed to max out a second welcome pack player to reach requirements for the SB Past/Present chems to be applied to SB Champions and LTDs. They could've fixed the issue by simply lowering the chem requirement to 1 instead of 2, but no dice. Hell EA didn't even acknowledge the issue, F'ing clowns.
