Cowboys (96 Emmitt Smith), Packers (96 Reggie White), Pats (96 Devin McCourty) and Eagles (99 Hurts) have the new one with +1 speed.  Eagles and Chiefs have a motivator as well from their free player getting to 95 but it doesn't include +1 speed like the first 4.
