whats the highest mut level you can currently get to? I'm level 44 with all my weekly objectives done and I just wanna know if theres a way i can get higher

I'm 21k from LVL 48 and that's with missing a token from S5.  So I believe 48 would be the highest right now

I am not home but I think I am at 47, I could be mistaken though.  I missed a couple of dailies, so 48 may be possible.

48 can be achieved today is you missed nothing and had all 3 tokens.
