Curious who is better...Watt/Hendrickson Unstoppable Force or Karlaftis/Mean Joe Db or Noth

It comes down to this...which matters more and does anyone know how they are coded?  Is it still RNG based?

Unstoppable Force X Factor

Vs. better overall with Db or Noth

Is Unstoppable force equal to like +20 power moves/finess moves/block shed?...so a 91 overall player would play better than a 99 overall player with these boosts?

Same for Db or Noth.. how is this coded?  Does it boost power moves/finess moves/block shed by a certain amount?
