Why do Players I'm Controlling constantly just stop Moving?

To start, Yes I'm 100% Positive this is not a Controller issue. In every single H2H Game I Play, the Players I'm Controlling will  suddely  just  Stop Moving  for the remainder of the Play.  The most common example is Say the QB Scrambles out of the Pocket and I try to Shadow Him, the moment I reach My Tackle My Player will just Stop and Refuse to respond to Controller input.. It heppens in RedZone Offense pretty often too. I'll Throw to a Wide open Guy on like the 2, He will Catch the Ball and just Stand there Waiting to get Tackled . I cannot Remember the last Game I Played where this didn't happen at least twice..  And there is no way I'm the only one experiencing this ....

That really sounds like a controller issue.   What have you done to rule out your controller being an issue? 

Your controller is either disconnecting randomly or you have really bad stick drift that counters your inputs.

Yup sounds like joystick drift, the same would happen to me before i started using a different controller.

Similar issues and definitely not a controller issue. Multiple brand new out of the box (family each got a new one) still occurs for me. 
Seems like another programming glitch to me.  Especially when I’m about to sack the QB.

I experience this some times as well. I do not play Head to Head. I play challenges, solos, and Franchise.

Today I was playing and using my DE (Reggie White). There were 2 plays where I pushed the offensive guard that was trying to block me off to the side, then my player took a squatting stance and I couldn't move him for a period of time. He remained frozen at an odd angle for a few moments before I could move him again.

It only ever happens to Me in H2H.. Some Games are worse then others, but it happens every Game I Play. It also happens to Offensive Players, but only inside of My Opponents 5..

It happens to Me a lot when I Play Guys who like to Scramble and Throw from Outside the Pocket. They'll send My Secondary on Deep Routes, then just take off on Me.  I can't take a Safety out of Coverage, so I try to Shadow Him with My LE, but the Game won't let Me so I get Destroyed.
