I'm currently level 46 on season 5. If I buy the premium pass now will I still get the rewards for levels 1-46?

If you plan on using some of the Season pass players, then it's worth it. Outside of that, it's not really worth it.

If you spend money on this game, premium pass is the best and most secure way to spend. Premium pass will give decent amount of extra coins 100% sure unlike pack offers. Maybe some platinium offers are better but those are so rare.
